Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media that contributes to the overall success of our products at Central Boiler Companies and our dealers. This includes the entire process of gathering requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts, photos and text. You will execute creative visual aspects of websites, digital marketing, product packaging, exhibitions and more.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to:
- Conceptualize, create, and execute creative assets for social media, print, web, email and digital marketing while following established brand and style guides for each company
- Understand and incorporate brand and style guides for Central Boiler, Altoz and WoodMaster
- Create, maintain and update the promotional catalogs, dealer sales catalogs, new promo flyers, product flyers, decals, web part catalogs, illustrations of materials and any other company or dealer presentation materials
- Produce illustrations, photographs, 3D and illustrative concepts to be used in project layouts, videos, tradeshow design and booth layouts
- Design packaging for parts and accessories
- Prepare cost estimates for projects including quality specifications, financial constraints and time schedules for projects
- Prioritize, track, handle and maintain records of the elements, costs and time schedules for multiple projects
- Manage, maintain and archive files as needed for projects and supporting files such as photos and illustrations
- Submit plans/projects, sample layouts and fabricated models for selection and approval incorporating feedback for finished product
- Work with external vendors in relation to file and graphic requirements
- Operate a large format printer and laminator including handling and installing large rolls of paper or other print media

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 4-year degree in Graphic Design/related field or relevant work experience
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail to produce accurate and high-quality work while meeting deadlines
- Innovative and creative mindset
- Excellent communication and listening skills

Preferred Qualifications/Selection Criteria:
- Basic photography experience helpful
- Knowledge of 3D software helpful
