Graphic Designer - As a Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media that contributes to the overall success of our products at Central Boiler Companies and our dealers. This includes the entire process of gathering requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts, photos and text. Marketing Assistant 1 - The Marketing Assistant I works closely with the marketing team by assisting with marketing plans and strategies for Central Boiler, Altoz and WoodMaster. In this role, you will create marketing materials such as promo flyers, marketing newsletter, banners, decals and signage. You will also provide administrative support as needed such as ordering supplies, monitoring print projects, and tracking of costs and time schedules for multiple projects. Technical Writer - As a Technical Writer, your primary responsibility will be to translate complex engineering documentation and design information into various technical guides and manuals that contribute to the overall success of our products and our dealers. You will create, maintain and update instructions, owner’s and service manuals, and other technical materials for all Companies' products while ensuring adherence to branding guidelines. Support Center Customer Service Associate - The Support Center Customer Service Associate is responsible for answering end user and Dealer phone calls, directing and assisting them with the Online Support Center regarding technical and operational questions. This role will work directly with other departments such as Sales and Service. In this role, you will need to have a customer focused attitude and a familiarity with internal support systems such as Online Support Center, online illustrations, and other available resources. IT Administrator - The IT Administrator is responsible for both network and system administration. This position understands network topologies and can configure and support equipment necessary for the operation of the corporate network. System responsibilities are generally focused on server administration, enterprise application implementation, and systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and support. Warehouse Receiving Representative - This individual is responsible for unloading trucks and processing all inbound product, verifying manufacturing part numbers, quantities, and other part information while ensuring product integrity and moving parts to the appropriate departments in our facilities. Videographer/Editor - The Videographer/Editor is responsible for shooting and editing creative video content to showcase products, services, and the corporate culture for our company. This includes video content for training, sales, social media, and marketing materials for all departments. In this role, you will have opportunities to participate in the creative process developing video content (and occasionally other media) for Sales, Dealer networks, Marketing, and the retail public. Mechanical Drafter - The Mechanical Drafter is primarily responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and plans for mechanical devices, machines, and systems. In this role, you will work closely with the engineering team to develop detailed drawings that are used in the design and production of new products. You will also maintain current products by making engineering changes to improve quality or manufacturing processes. Design Engineer - The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production. This individual will draw new designs and update our current designs. This job entails managing multiple complex projects at the same time while ensuring that all design projects are completed within budget and timeline. Qualified applicants have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degree, CAD experience, proficient in Solidworks and strong organizational and communication skills.
